Ron’s passion is to see clients become extraordinarily successful in fundraising. In a career spanning more than 40 years in donor development, he is known for his strategic insights, creative communication, and ability to help fundraising leaders achieve their goals.

He has consulted with more than 100 organizations, trained thousands, and benefited nonprofits in international relief and development, education, health care, youth development, and spiritual transformation. Ron holds an MBA in Nonprofit Management from the University of Portland. He is married with three adult children, and enjoys golf and hiking scenic trails throughout the Pacific Northwest.

Dr. John Seel

CULTURAL ANALYSIS - ENTERPRENEURSHIP - EDUCATION

John Seel is a writer, cultural analyst, entrepreneur, and educator. He is the author of eight books, most recently Network Power: The Science of Making a Difference, Aspirational Masculinity: On Making Men Whole, and Liminal Leadership: Navigating Transformation in a Change of Age. His business expertise is understanding the threats and opportunities of cultural change and putting legs on a vision.

 

Over the course of his career, Seel has founded several significant nonprofits including The Trinity Forum, The Cambridge School of Dallas, and the Council on Educational Standards and Accountability (CESA). He is the former director of cultural engagement at The John Templeton Foundation. He is currently launching MetaTek AI, a high-performance computer acceleration company based in Calgary, Canada where he serves as the COO.

 

Seel has a B.A. in business administration, history, and philosophy from Austin College, a Master of Divinity degree from Covenant Theological Seminary, and a doctorate in American Studies from the University of Maryland (College Park). He serves on the board of The Windrider Institute. He and his wife, Kathryn, live in Wilmington, North Carolina.

The ExPLOREâ„  methodology enables executives and organizations to innovate their mission, leverage their insight and execute best practices in challenging environments.

 

Prior to launching The Exploration Group in 2008, Dwight was Senior Vice President for Geneva Global, one of the world's leading cause-based investment performance advisors. During the 1990s he served as North American Director of the World Evangelical Alliance.

 

Dwight holds a Master of Arts in broadcasting and philanthropy from Wheaton College Graduate School and certificates in Executive Development from Cornell University and Vanderbilt University. His professional alliances span the globe, and his engaging style has helped generate millions of dollars in innovation and philanthropy.

 

He lives outside Philadelphia in a historic bank built in 1907, travels extensively between Philadelphia, Michigan and Asia, and is married with three young-adult children.
